Responsibilities
All Company employees are responsible for the quality of their own work produced.
The General Manager has specific responsibility for the authorisation, support, and resources for the Quality System and is ultimately responsible for the ‘Quality’ of products and services provided to ‘customers’.
The Quality Management Representative (QMR) is responsible for ensuring that a cost effective and proficient documented Quality System is established, subsequently reviewing and reporting upon the effectiveness of the Quality System in operation.
All Company Management are responsible for the effective implementation, operation and maintenance of the Quality System, within their defined areas of responsibility. |
